Sellers Points - We first chose Badbury Park for its location as we are near Coate Water and enjoy walking with our family around the area, aswell as close access to the A419 so we can both travel to and from work easily. We found that the area offered us alot for our money with great play parks and walks for our children aswell as the new primary school that was built and with the addition of a local co-op we never found ourselves without anything. We found the community to be great and very friendly as we pop in to the local library and community centre on occasion and always greeted with friendly faces. We fell in love with the home with the characteristics of the outside aswell as the large bedrooms inside, two parking spaces which is important for us having had a single driveway before and the great view out the back of open fields. Having a family bathroom separate to our own en-suite has been a blessing as we can shower in peace, aswell as having that extra downstairs loo for guests as we enjoy having the rest of our family over and hosting !
