I bought this house in Chatsworth Avenue back in 1997 and it was my cosy home for 5 happy years. I had the original warm-air heating system replaced with gas central heating, had cavity wall insulation done and the original windows replaced with modern upvc double-glazed windows.

When I moved-in with my partner (now wife), I was keen to retain the house because it is solidly-built with well-proportioned rooms throughout. So I decided to rent it out.
