Chris's Comment:
Paddock Hill has always been such a popular location for families given how close it is to some the areas best schools. The house itself is presented beautifully and still lends itself for potential to extend to the side (stpp) given it's large corner plot. Obviously it is well worth a viewing!

Area Comment:
Frimley is located within 30 miles of central London with excellent transport links nearby, including junction 4 of the M3 just a few minutes drive away, and the mainline train stations of Farnborough and Brookwood providing quick access into central London. There are a wealth of local amenities on hand however Camberley town centre is also located just a few minutes drive away.
