Vendors Comment:
St Dominic Close has been an ideal first buy for me. Having both Farnborough train stations within walking distance, added to easy access to the M3 mean it's straightforward to travel anywhere between London and the south-west.
The communal grounds at St Dominic Close are well maintained throughout the year, quiet and private so make for a relaxing spot on a sunny afternoon.
The two bathrooms, large built-in wardrobes, second allocated parking space and storage unit mean there is more than enough space for my partner and I, even when we’ve both been working from home or hosting friends and family.
We’ll be sorry to leave but are looking to move on to buy a family home.

In my opinion, this is an absolutely perfect example of a first time or investment buy. The apartment is presented beautifully and there isn't anything one will need to do, apart from one's own taste in decor of course, but it's really been well looked after! Definitely come and have a look...

Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
