At the time of purchasing this house as first-time buyers and an expanding family, it met our requirements perfectly. The main factors that sold the house to us were the area and distance to the local shop and school, which are a genuine stone’s throw away.

We love the way the property entrance faces away from the road giving a nice degree of privacy and we absolutely adore the open plan setup for social occasions.

Being able to comfortably park two cars with an extra 3rd car in the car port where we also have a tap and power sockets available to allow us to wash the cars is great too.

In essence, we will miss this lovely home and our friendly and courteous neighbours.


Area Comments...

Jennett's Park is close to both Bracknell & Wokingham Town Centres and offers great motorway connections to both M3 & M4 networks. Jennett's Hill, Peacock Meadows and Tarmans Copse are just soe of the many parks and green spaces within a short stroll, as is the Peacock Farm Pub - a popular retreat for the locals to have! Conveniently there is a Co-Op just at the end of the road Jennett's Park is well renowned for having a lovely community feel that people rarely move out of!

We love these Coach Houses - for anyone who can't quite stretch to a two bedroom house, this place has great spaces for entertaining, loads of parking and storage... it's even detached! For outside space, Jennett's Hill is a few hundred yards away and the conveniences of the Peackock Farm Pub and the Co-Op make it a really convenient location as well!
