Ryan's Sub-2-Hour Half Marathon for No5 Young People

At Avocado Property, we're proud to highlight the work our partners do for their local community.

Ryan, one of our Avocado partners, recently completed the Reading Half Marathon in under 2 hours. Ryan also took on the challenge of completing a half marathon in support of No5 Young People, a fantastic charity that offers free, confidential counselling and mental health support to young people who live in the RG postcode area. No5 Young People have helped over 3,500 young people in the last year who have been struggling with their mental health.

Alongside the BNI Reading Central team Ryan aimed to raise money for No5 Young People, their target was to raise enough money to directly pay for 50 counselling sessions for vulnerable and distressed local young people currently waiting for help. Despite their amazing work, there are still over 1,000 young people awaiting counselling services from No5.

Ryan and the BNI Reading Central team raised a whopping £2600. Their remarkable contribution will go a long way in providing essential support to No5 Young People.
