'The seller's view...' - We chose this house as we were looking for somewhere quiet and safe for the two children, within the catchment of excellent schools. And we’re so glad we did. The park at the back was a great place for them when they needed to ‘spread out’ a bit, where they’d also meet our cat out for a walk! With Blackmoor & Englemere ponds perfect for dog walking and good rail links to London, it was the perfect place for us. However with both children now at university, the time feels right to move on.
'The Agent's view...' - When I looked at the property I was really impressed with the amount of family space. The dining space in the newly fitted kitchen is ideal for families and the extension really sets this house apart from the others in the street. There are not many three bedroom semi detached houses in the area that have a living room, kitchen/diner, cloakroom, utility area, family room, garden office and garage all on the ground floor. On top of that there is a driveway for three or four cars, three good sized bedrooms and lovely white suite bathroom.
'Area Comments' - North Ascot, situated between Mill ride golf club and Englemere Pond nature reserve is a lovely family area. This home is close the the Fernbank Road shops and backs onto a park as well as being close to the end of a cul-de-sac. The town centres of Ascot and Bracknell are a short journey and there are a number of excellent state and independent schools to choose from.
