The Sellers View... - St John's Close is a quiet & friendly cul de sac, everyone was very welcoming to us when we moved here 4+ years ago & have been wonderfully supportive during the lockdown in particular.
The surrounding area includes a corner shop, Chinese takeaway, hairdressers & a post office only 2 minute walk away. Woodley centre and excellent schools are also only a short walk. Ashenbury Park is around the corner as well as Dinton Pastors Country Park only a 5 minute drive.
