Sellers view.. - My wife and I have lived in Mimosa Drive for 13 years now and have enjoyed living in this area immensely after originally living in Caversham. We purchased the house when it was just the 2 of us back in 2007 and since then we’ve had a daughter who has attended the Shinfield Nursery & Infant School and most recently the Juniors. We have loved living here and bringing our daughter up in an area with a great community spirit and have made many friends in the area as well. The neighbours that we have on both sides are amazing and we couldn’t ask for better people to live next door to, we have been very lucky and will miss them. As well as being a great estate to live on we are also very close to the bus stops which take you into Wokingham or Reading and we have spent many a night at The Black Boy having a drink or meal. There are also some great walks across the fields towards Arborfield which we do on a regular basis. We’re sad to be leaving but have made some great memories and also some friends for life since living here.

Area view.. - What a great spot this is, perfect for a family home at the same time as being well connected for people needing to commute. Just around the corner there is a small park and fielded area and there are plenty of local walks, even along the river leading into Arbofield. In Shinfield village itself there are local amenities including a post office and Co-Op and you're just a short drive or bus ride into Reading or Wokingham town centres.
