Agents view.. - This is a prime example of a great family home within a convenient location. The property itself has been well maintained by the current owners and offers lounge to the front and kitchen/diner to the rear, leading onto a bright conservatory that opens onto the south/west facing garden. There is a downstairs w.c and also a store room that has been adapted to offer further utility space. Upstairs is well proportioned with two double bedrooms, a single third room and well presented family bathroom.
Sellers view.. - We have lived in this house for 16 years now and really loved so much about it. Everything we need is within walking distance including a supermarket, library, doctor, dentist, cinema, road and rail links, parks and open spaces… and yet we are on a no through road, so it’s nice and quiet. We also have great schools nearby and our kids went to the local primary school, which is within easy walking distance. They are now at local secondary schools, again close enough that they take themselves there. Our two favourite rooms are the kitchen/diner/conservatory which is lovely and sunny and very versatile (the conservatory having served many different functions as the kids got older). We also rather randomly love the utility room… as it enables us to wash and dry all our laundry behind a closed door. Not bad for a 3 bed house! We have loved the area so much that we will be staying in Winnersh when we move on, and we will be keeping in contact with our lovely neighbours.
Area view.. - What a great location! You have local amenities including Sainsbury's within close proximity, there are various dining options close by and you're less than half a mile to Winnersh train station. If you have children you have various options for schooling and if you like exploring the outdoors you're just a short walk to Winnersh Meadows and even onto Dinton Pastures Country Park.
