The seller's view... - Having bought the house nearly ten years ago as first time buyers, we have loved living here and making it our home. What first attracted us to the house was the style of kitchen, garden size and the luxury of an en-suite (so much so we added another!). We rented the house out whilst living overseas for a couple of years and never had a problem with finding tenants or maintenance of the property. Since starting a family we have really appreciated the friendly neighbourhood and easy access to shops and parks.
The agent's view... - This is a really attractive area of Lower Earley, more modern and better spaced than much of the wider development. The additional floor added in 2019 has turned this property into a three bedroom, three bathroom property, even bedroom three will comfortably take a double bed. The boiler and much of the wider heating system was replaced in 2019. Windows in 2013 and carpets in 2017 and 2019 mean the house needs nothing doing, ready to move straight in.
