Vendors Comment - I have really enjoyed my time in the apartment. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers a good size en-suite. The second bedroom is plenty big enough for a double bed as well as a desk for my sons Playstation and TV. I really enjoy sitting on the balcony and sometimes seeing the deer running through the woodland opposite. It also offers bike storage in the clock tower building that’s in between the 2 quarters. Only a short drive to The Lexicon which offers excellent shops and restaurants.
Agents Comments - It is great to see a development of high spec apartments with such a lovely character from the outside. The parking in the development is really good too as there is no real need for anyone to park here unless you live here. Rental value for investors is good with a current valuation in the region of 1200-1250pcm. My advice with this property is to book a viewing and you will get a true feel of the communal areas and standard of build.
Area Comment - Binfield is a lovely location between Bracknell and Wokingham. Ideally located for the A329m junction and the M4. The property is close enough to The Lexicon, but not so close that you are caught up in the the traffic. Binfield Village also has some lovely local pubs and restaurants that are just about walking distance.
