'Owners Comments' - I bought this property off plan as my first home simply because it was the most spacious and best located 1 bed. I never thought I would be a person who gets excited about storage space, but it has been one of the best things about this flat. Living here has been great! being walking distance to town and the train station just makes life a bit easier (me and my partner enjoy a glass of wine with dinner). Since lockdown we have both been comfortably working from home with separate office spaces and thankfully been able to really make the most of the roof terrace.

'Agents Comments' - This is one of the largest newer style one beds I have seen for some while. The 27ft open plan kitchen/living room is a great feature because you can fit a nice sized table and chairs along with your sofa and tele area. The storage is great too and the location is ideal for first time buyers or someone looking for a safe and lettable investment property.

'Area Comments' - Built by Redrow Homes in 2017 and originally known as The Quarters. The location is walking distance to The Lexicon Shopping Centre and Bracknell Train Station.
