I have been a local lad all my life!  I was born at the incredible Frimley Park Hospital and grew up on Heatherside before moving to my first home in Lightwater at the age of 18.  My first job was as a paperboy on Heatherside, and I spent my teenage years building camps and tree houses in the Frimley Fuel Allotments!  I attended school at Heatheridge, Ravenscote and Tomlinscote before starting my first full time job as the manager of a Newsagent in Frimley High Street. Estate Agency in 2000.  I continue to live here in Camberley, with my very patient and supportive other half, and my 6 going on 16 daughter.

I started in Estate Agency in 2000 for a well known local independent Agent, before being approached to work for a competing Agent in Camberley. From there, I progressed my career to the level of Area Director having run all of their offices throughout my time with them, and achieving awards such as Staff Member of the Year on several occasions, along with Client Manager of the Year.  After 15 years, I moved on to work for a large market leading independent agent, overseeing 54 offices and monitoring the service levels and performances while managing their Clients.

Through the experience I have gained, working for the companies I have and with the competition I have competed against, I have identified a common issue within our industry that needs fixing, which is the element of exceptional service coupled with unique and up to date marketing methods, and not simply relying on uploading a property to one of the property portals and hoping for the best!  By launching Avocado Property Surrey I am able to tailor every aspect of what we do, to create a service that Estate Agents just cannot offer anymore due to the pressures of ‘volume heavy offices’, which is a bespoke, truly 1-2-1 service that I am accountable for.  I have extremely high standards myself, and expect my Client’s to be the same, regardless of what property they have, or where it is, my goal, drive and passion is to exceed your expectations and make this demanding process enjoyable again!

Outside of running my business, I am a very keen runner and can often be seen running all over Camberley and Frimley, or in Barossa Common, training for my next race!  In slightly warmer times you might find me on the kayak along the Basingstoke Canal, or wakeboarding at the Quays!  I’m a family man at heart and devote as much time as I can to spending the precious spare time I have with them.
